But neds a seat cushion to cover the bar which should be slipped under the seat to hold it in place. The design allows for pulling yourself forward in the seat as well as up and pushing yourself up off the couch/chair. Should have a firm cushioned seat which doesnât allow bars to move.

ease of use for couch
This is a rather unique device, as i had not been aware such a thing existed. It has been good at helping our elder easily get on or off of the couch, with ease and independence being restored. Assembly is rather simple, but having a 2nd set of hands can still speed up the process.

This is a fairly simple device that can be quite useful for many contexts. It’s pretty easy to assemble, though there are many poles to put together. The securing pins are nicely designed and easy to use in a unique way that also makes them hard to lose. There’s one pole that needs included screws, though it’s easy to assemble that part. It only takes a few minutes to assemble, and it can be easy to disassemble for travel or storage.I like the many parts that can be adjusted for height, length, and width. That allows a lot of flexibility for particular people, chairs, etc.The materials themselves feel like good quality and are very sturdy when used, which is important, as stability is obviously critical for this kind of product.

I got this for my couch for when elderly relatives come to visit. It slides under the seat cushion when I need to use it, and comes apart easily for storage when the relatives leave. It has two handles on each side so you can find the most effective grip. It doesnât touch the floor so you donât have to worry about vacuuming around it.It adjusts easily for depth and width, and goes together quickly with 2 screws and push buttons.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
