Unexpectedly comfortable
I wear a size 22, 5’9″ tall, and have a lower back injury from a fall. I expected this to be similar to a waist trainer or something and make breathing uncomfortable, but not so. You can position it exactly where you need the support on your back, and adjust it to be as tight or loose as feels right for you. I don’t know how such a simple design works as well as it does, but I feel a huge difference with my pain and support.

The L/XL is definitely XL from asize ND fit perspective . It seems to be well made, unfortunately it is really too big, and doesn’t give much support.

I was unsure about this belt as it was much less expensive than others in the same category but it looked sturdy so I decided to take a chance on it and I’m glad I did. It covers a much larger area than most belts hence it really gets into the lower back area. It’s not a cure for sciatica nor for a backache but it does provide support so moving around is a bit easier and the pain isn’t quite as acute. I’m pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others who need extra lower back support.
