    This is a simple journal that helps me release my worries, focus on what I have to be grateful for and set my intention for the day. I have only a few minutes a day to spend on this and this format is perfect for that.

    LOVE this! I’m new-ish to journaling and incorporating gratitude into my morning ritual. This journal does a great job with prompts to start the flow. I appreciate this because it gives me more direction and helps me be more intentional/specific about my goals, hopes, gratitude, and intentions. I have enjoyed the brain dump/releasing my worries. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to have so much swirling in my head – this has been a great release. It’s been interesting to look back on reflections to se if there are themes that I can be mindful of and be more proactive.My heart feels lighter and more full.I also love that there are inspirational quotes scattered throughout the journal – great to jot on a post-it and attach to my monitor as a reminder during the day. Keep making these!

    I did like the structure of this journal and the prompts. Although having prompts can be restrictive I think this journal hammers down to the basics of a diary of this type asking for the days’ worries, positive things you’re grateful for and goals and then has a monthly analysis of your mood to see how things are progressing.
