forever grateful for this
i post on tiktok ð koolkae17 to support 🙂 i struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder and major in psychology. my therapist encouraged me to find a journal that does not only have lines because i personally lose interest in writing or feel overwhelmed if there is TOO much space and mental block. the spiral of the journal makes it so easy to use when it comes to writing, there is a bookmark, and you can hold the journal closed with the band. it is organized in a way that allows you to open up, come to terms with things, maybe even realize symptoms are techniques you didnât know, and you can keep track of your emotions / behaviors. it allows you to be creative and expressive with guidance and offers the best self-reflection questions i canât wait to fill out. i promise you will love this. itâs the perfect size, about as big as a typical novel.

A loving journal
The opening pages on mental health are gold. The wording is perfect and the font is calming. I will look at them daily for guidance. The journal is the perfect size. I canât believe I got this for under $30. I just started today and itâs very easy to use.

Reasonably helpful
I suppose most of these therapeutic diaries are the same; I think their purpose is for the user to organize his / her thoughts and gain some insight. This book is nicely bound.

Nice way to track thoughts
Great planner to organize my thoughts daily! The size and design is great value for money. The ability to jot down daily motivates me.

Great prompts to start off your day in a positive manner.
I love this journal. The covers are sturdy and it is well made. The pages are thick so use of gel pens donât show through. The prompts are great in order to reflect on your goals fpr the day as well as how it turned out.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
All the good stuff first! This therapy aid is wonderfully written and organized into helpful and manageable sections. I thoroughly appreciate that there are examples given (i.e., affirmations you can use, things you can do for self care), especially the emotion wheel. I struggle with identifying my emotions and thus, struggle with coping, and that helps out TONS. The added QR code for meditation is a great add as well, and the audio file it directs to is enjoyable. It includes text and illustrations, so it caters to many different people with various ways to absorb information. The paper within, along with the content itself, is nice and heavy and hasn’t let my ink bleed through. The paper does feel nice and luxurious.
Now, the bad stuff. The outside of it is very cheap feeling. The spiral catches easily, especially the front and back cover. And the covers themselves are put together with some flaws in them. That’s not going to stop me from using and enjoying the journal at all, it just is disappointing for the cost of it.
