The Good:* Includes probes for both newborn/infants, and children/adults* Can store up to 500 readings for review* Fully configurable alarms (including volume) for SPO2 levels and Pulse (high/low levels)* The continuous monitor is fantastic, very accurate, and immediately alarms if measurements are out of range or if the probe is dislodged or comes off* I will always call out when an item charges via USB-C, and this one does!* Very easy to use and configure* Very impressed with the build quality* While this is not an inexpensive item, it is absolutely worth every penny ($169.99 at time of review)The Meh:* If there was one thing I would like them to change it’s the alarm when you first turn it on if you forget to plug in the probe. Follow the directions though, and you are good (attach probe to monitor, put probe on “patient”, then turn it on)The Bad:* Absolutely nothingThe Verdict:I wholeheartedly recommend this if you have any need of a pulse oximeter and can swing the cost. It’s not cheap, but it’s also not a toy, which is obvious in the quality. I won’t say it’s hospital grade, but it’s definitely medical grade.Take a few minutes to configure it (update the time and date) and familiarize yourself with the interface and the menu, and you’ll see that it offers a LOT for the package. The constant monitor and alarm are worth it if nothing else, but having a probe specifically designed for neonatal/infant is a huge plus.Everything about this is high quality and very impressive. Again, I cannot recommend it enough!

Simple pulse oximeter for extended data collection does not require an app to use.
I’ve tried some other types of pulse oximeter baby monitors and they have all required an app to use. And that opens up a lot of privacy concerns in this day and age.This is a standalone unit that collects data locally and seems to be just as accurate as more expensive baby monitors. The display is bright and easy to read and I like that I can see historical data on the unit itself (without needing an app). Yes, this is more expensive than a simple fingertip pulse oximeter, but the historical data function and the privacy of keeping everything on the device itself more than justifies it.

Great Pulse Ox
We needed a new pulse ox and saw this. It is great!! After a solid charge it is easy to use. It is obviously bigger than the typical finger one, but not bigger than a small cellphone. It comes with an attachment to check infantsâ O2, something if you need is pricier than this one. I compared my reading with my other one and just happened to have a doctorâs appt today so I took it there, it read the same. Overall I give it 5 stars all day!!
