As expected. Made of cork, very firm. I like using the peanut ball to roll on my shoulders and down my spinal erectors. This provides great (almost too much) pressure. I’ll also roll it on my foot for Plantar fascitiis relief.

It’s hard as rock there is no give to this foam roller. It can be beneficial for certain stretches but it’s also tiny and probably meant for little dwarves not humans

Firm roller, good price
I’ve used other cork rollers, so I fully expected this to be pretty firm. It is as expected. I have a spot below my shoulder blade that knots up easily due to an old injury. This works really well against a wall or on the floor to roll that spot specifically. This doesn’t replace a single ball roller for me as the lower middle on this one makes it difficult to get some muscles (like my calves). This is a good firmness for feet as well. Overall, I’m quite happy with this. It’s nice that it came with two since there are several people in our household that benefit from use.
