Effective ab workout
If you don’t want to go to the gym but still want to get those beach-ready abs, this is the way to go! I am not particularly strong, but this one works so well for me. I can adjust the height, which changes the difficulty of the exercise, very easily. When you aren’t using it, it collapses easily so it can be stored in a closet, so it takes up almost no space.

Works very good. Iâm about 215 and it feels sturdy when Iâm using it. I love all the adjustments you can put it in so you can work you way up to the more challenging angle. Very simple to put together. This is the first thing I use on ab days. I did not install the counter board so I donât have a say on how it works but I donât really need to count anyways. Definitely works your abs. I would buy again

Like this product a lot. Only 4 stars because It did not come with great instructions on varying âdifficultyâ settings. I found out the hard way that I AM NOT advanced. Once I started at soft potato level, I got the hang of it. It was easy to put together. Itâs light weight and folds up fairly flush if you need to put it away. Wish it had a lighted display but not a deal breaker. Very nice for the price. Watch for me on the swimsuit calendar.

Easy to use piece of equipment for when you want exercise to practically destroy you
If you want an ab workout – and I mean REALLY want an ab workout – this is the product for you. It was easy to assemble and is easy to use but makes for a hard workout. With multiple height settings you get multiple levels of resistance and believe me, you’ll certainly feel it. The exercise itself is simple enough: place your knees on the cushions, hold onto the handle and crunch. Sounds easy, right? Do that about a hundred times and then come talk to me. I get wrecked every time I use this machine – and I love it! Bonus points, pull a single handle and it folds down for convenient storage.

Easy to put together
Even though I have a gym membership I only manage to get there twice a week so Iâve been looking to build up my fitness equipment at home. This was a great addition to the bike, mini stepper, weight bench, etc. that I have. I know as a woman my abdominal and core muscles are extremely weak, and strengthening them has many benefits aside from appearance. My husband requested this machine as well and uses it. Itâs not gym quality but itâs fine for us and it has already gotten so much use in a week. Was easy to assemble, highly adjustable to your own personal fitness level, the lowest level is perfect for me right now. It folds up if you need to hide it from company. Great little machine.

This is the second workout equipment I have purchased from Amazon. Let me tell you, this machine works the whole core area. I especially like that it tackles the lower abs which is the problem area for me. I love this machine! It was packaged very well, easy to put together, it’s lightweight so you can move it wherever. It’s sturdy and does not rock or move when in use. I like that it counts the number of reps as I can challenge myself each week. So pleased and looking forward to flatter abs this summer.

Sturdy and Effective
I figured Iâd take a chance on this. Assembly was very quick and easy for one person. While I assumed the product would be a bit larger, I realized upon first use that itâs the perfect size. I had questioned how flimsy it would be, but it is well built and holds up well even on carpet⦠just donât try shifting from side to side, although that is not what this was built for. It is functional for its intended purpose and I felt the burn in my abs pretty quickly when I first started using it. While it is not top of the line, it gets the job done, holds up really well, and I can select the intensity of my ab workout pretty easily, although Iâm still on the lowest setting. If folds up easily for storage under furniture like beds, higher standing sofas, etc. This was a worthwhile purchase for me.
