Used to make a homemade leg holder for a lat pulldown rig. Rollers fit over 1.25″ tubing with a bit if coaxing but stays in place and is comfortable against the legs for working out

Great Replacement

Good Replacements, Used on my Bowflex PR3000
Replacing the nasty dried out stock foam rollers for my old Bowflex PR3000 that I am fixing up. These are slightly longer than the stock pads but the diameter is correct. Because they are about an inch or so longer, the plastic cap/plug on the end won’t go back on. I will make some modification to get them to work. I might just wrap some tape around the metal bar to make it a bit thicker and then just push the foam pads on and that should be fine without the plugs if needs be. These have a really nice cover over them that makes these rollers more enjoyable to use. Had trouble finding the exact replacements for my machine but since these seemed to be made better, I went for them. So far so good!

Perfect Replacement – Bare Foam No More
Hate bare foam rollers, eventual sweat, grime and gouges buildup.Downgraded home gym from a 34 year old Marcy EM1-Pro to a smaller light Marcy-Pro-Stack as age of both gym and my body were showing wear and tear and in need of a change. However, unlike the past machine all the foam rolls on fly and leg extension disappointingly came uncovered. These were a perfect fit to complete the mods to cover all the rollers, plus the fly, press, lat and shiver bars. Works for me.
