Works great and many health benefits
I bought this liposomal melatonin 60mg, not only to regulate sleep, but also for its other great health benefits. Liposomal melatonin has a higher bioavailability and this brand includes valerian root and chamomile extracts. These pills are very small, dark brown to black in color. Easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Value was great, saved by getting the two pack. I will be reordering again very soon. Try them:)

Dosage seemed high but it works great for me and without any negative side effects
Having read conflicting information about dosage for melatonin I was hesitant to try this product. But since I have had a deep sleep disorder all my life I am always seeking any help I can get to improve sleep quality. I have tried many melatonin products, dosages and other sleep aid products. For me, this is among the best I have I tried. My intention is to titer down from time to time but this is definitely the go-to product to help me sleep. I don’t feel groggy the next day. It doesn’t knock me out. It does help me stay in deeper sleep longer. Only side effect that seems to be from use is more dreaming with vividness.

I have been using melatonin for over twenty five years. When I came across this brand which is high potency, I decided to give it a try. It is by far the best brand of melatonin I have ever used, and I will continue to use it. I’m eighty one years old and I get the best sleep ever. I never wake up groggy.But always have plenty of energy to get me through the day. I’ve been doing a lot of research lately about high dose melatonin, and how good that is for you. I have had terrible problems falling asleep for a long time. I like these. Easy to swallow. The effect takes awhile for me. I take this about 2 hrs before bedtime. Then I am very sleepy when I lie down. And I wake up with no grogginess. I sleep well and I wake up great. Try it.
