Defective and missing parts.
I love the exercise bike it was very beautiful and the seat was very comfortable. However the screw that raises the seat to the up and down position was bent making it impossible to adjust the seat levels. It also came missing a pair of the resistance straps. Because the screw was bent customer service recommend that I return the bike because it wouldn’t be safe to use it in that condition. I was unable to reach the seller to request a replacement screw and the missing resistance straps which would have solved the issue. The seller kept referring me back to Amazon and Amazon customer service referred me to the seller as they were unable to provide any of the missing and defective parts, they could only issue a full refund. So, I ended up returning the exercise bike and refund process was started for return of the bike. Now I have to wait for Amazon to refund my payment back to my credit card so I can purchase another exercise bike that’s currently on sale. However, the warehouse has received the merchandise but I was told that it could take up to 30 days before my refund can be issued. That sucks, because the bike I want might be sold out by the time I receive my refund.

This is a great exercise bike. I bought it for my family, everyone like to try it on! It was pretty simple to assemble and works as described. There are multiple resistance levels so you can adjust how easy or hard you want your bike workout to be. The arm resistance bands are also a great feature because I can get an easy arm workout too. It is also foldable and easy to move from one place to another. Very space efficient as well. I will be using it everyday to get an easy workout in while I watch TV.

I was looking for an exercise bike that worked well and didn’t take up a lot of space. I love this bike. It was easy to put together, quiet, light weight and as you can see takes up very little space. Definitely great quality and price.

Good for the price, not great.
This is probably as good as you’re gonna get in this price range, but it’s definitely got a lot of problems. The instructions are somewhat confusing, with directions to assemble things that are pre assembled and items labeled in ways that make it hard to tell which part you need. The seat is also very uncomfortable; be ready to ice your butt after 15 minutes. It’s difficult to climb on and off of, even when it’s at it’s shortest, and it’s pretty much impossible to do recumbent biking if you’re under 5’8″. I do wonder if it was designed with women’s heights in mind. But the tablet is useful and it’s relatively easy to fold up for storage.
