Very easy to use
I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and chronic pain. I am no longer able to walk because my feet are in such bad shape so I use a wheelchair. I wanted something that would help to soothe my aching feet and possibly improve my circulation. This has been a godsend and it’s worked out even better than I expected. There’s a couple of different settings. There’s a heated setting that provides the right amount of warmth without burning my skin or feeling uncomfortable. The massage setting is my favorite. I was afraid that the rollers circling the bottom of my feet would tickle, but it feels great. It relaxes my tight muscles and really helps my circulation. I have been using it daily for a couple of weeks now. It hasn’t been long, but I am already seeing a difference in my pain levels. I’m having less pain during the day and I really look forward to my nightly massages.

Iâm in love with this thing. It was cheap but it works great- I use it literally every day. Iâm a landscaper with plantar fasciitis and Iâve gotten my money out of this machine 50x over. Itâs strong enough and gets toasty after a few minutes. Itâs simple, relaxing, and is the best option for the price by far. Works great on the calves too ð¤ð»

Well after a year or more its still working, its pretty large & heats up & rotates frontwards and backwards. It will cut off after sometime. My only issue is that if using it long periods of time or daily my neck and back looks like I have carpet burns on it and it bruises me really bad.
