Great! Will just eat more spinach though.
Love the brand- these are no exception. The flavor was good- not as good as the collagen boosting version – but def not yucky. Good way to get greens- but Iâll prob skip buying again. Simply because Iâd rather increase my green food intake in general. Only drawback to this brand is that they have quite a bit of sugar in them. Not a sugar hater- but I am trying to avoid it if I can.

For the last three months, my adult son regularly chews two a day. Read the long list of ingredients. My thought is it cannot do any harm and might prove a huge benefit since he does not eat very many vegetables.
