So many compliments and worked well!
Bought this poncho for a trip up north and the weather was supposed to be rainy. It was very cold so I wore multiple layers and the poncho still covered well past my knees and had plenty of room left. Also acted as a windbreaker and helped provide some warmth. The hood was very big but still manageable. Overall great quality, great coverage, and the cutest color!

Great quality for the price
I live in Florida and don’t have a car so this comes in handy especially during the rainy summer season. I like the color a lot and the quality of the material this is made of. Very lightweight and dries relatively quickly. I like that this is big enough to cover me, my backpack and a good portion of my e-bike, keeping everything dry. This also folds up neat and compact and fits easily in my backpack without taking up much room. Highly recommend.

Works great, packs well
Poncho is not bulky and provides protection against both rain and wind, with plenty of room underneath to accommodate layers/jacket. I like that it packs flat. Not 100% convinced it will be as durable as I anticipated, but Iâm only using it on generally light duty occasions – moderate hiking and watching youth sports.

Fantastic Product…but permanently rotted and smelled (like all my other clothes too) in the DR
This is a fantastic product. I wore it in the Dominican Republic when It violently downpoured in record numbers for several weeks every day in 2024. I just threw it on whenever I needed to go outside during continuous driving wind-blown downpours. I stayed dry. However all my clothes that were being hung up on a wheel dolly in a well-lit room for a week developed massive permanent mold spots and had to be thrown away and stank to high heaven of disgusting mold. This Frogg Togg rotted and smelled of severe mold too. I think if I had known, I would not have stored it in the house by the door that we always entered and left by LOL. Just beware. Try to let it dry out somehow between uses. However, I think in a “European” climate it does fine.

This is very lightweight which really makes for a light pack which is a bonus. Seems like it could be warm as well due to liner material. Very large, could fit over the pack as well while hiking. Sadly the pouch was ripped upon arrival due to the button design tore against the cardboard holding it in place so the pouch is damaged. Hood is able to tie adjust. Length is great, goes down to knees. I did weight test on only poncho, .5 ounces!

Really good quality
This one was purchased for my son, to use at college. I have had another one of these ponchos for regular camping use for over 5 yrs. That one has one small tear, where it got caught on something. A small duct tape patch, and otherwise it is good as new. It is very versatile, and I like how it can unsnap to lay flat. It is heavier than the typical poncho, and I have used it as a ground cloth when sleeping on the ground, and as a blanket in an unexpected cold snap. It can be a bit of a challenge to fold it back up and lay flat to fit back in the storage pocket. The one thing I would change is incorporate the storage poach into the poncho, so it could be a usable pocket when wearing, and less likely to misplace.

It really is a quality poncho. It does take up a bit of space in the backpack, but it’s light and performs very well at keeping you dry. And its coverage is excellent also. So glad I considered the many great reviews!

I live in wet tropics (FNQ in Australia) and this is a great option to stay dry without the excessive heat that accumulates from wearing a jacket, due to the Ponchoâs ultra loose fit, allowing humid air to easily escape.Frogs Toggs Ponchos are great value for money, and they use environmentally friendly materials.There is no toxic PFAS or PFC chemicals used in their making, so even better for you, your family & the planetâs health!And equally important, the poncho has robust, durable construction. I envisage this will last a long time – as backed by other userâs comments on its durability (unlike my last past poncho made by a different manufacturer and only lasted 2 days of wear before tearing open at the hood / neck seam – that other brand should be categorised as single use plastic). I can see it is built to last.The best value poncho on the market IMHO.
