If you can’t aford 2, then do 1 bicep Curl, 1tricep extention, one shoulder lift, ect…..and then change sides.Nice colors. Feels good in the hands.I’ve got 1 lb -12 lbs.

Great for PT [Physical Therapy]
Used these amazing dumb bells for physical therapy light exercises. My instructor gave me PT exercises for my shoulder, and these dumb bells have been a blessing. I would use these for my deltoids exercises and light reps/sets. My PT helped instruct me with these light-weight styled dumb bells and has been awesome ever since.
