Excellent Brand of Resistance Bands
We have tried several brands of resistance bands and they simply do not have the stronger resistance needed for a man. This is the second, maybe third, order of teh Gaiam brand bands and they last longer, hold the resistance MUCH longer than other brands and are now the only brand we will buy.

These easy to clean, easy to stow bands are great for doing basic stretches and some workouts. Unlike most Gaiam products, I was surprised to find these don’t come with a DVD (though they do have a printout with 4 basic workouts/stretches). However, there are tons of videos on youtube of how to use them so I didn’t find that to be a big issue. The only reason I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is that the bands themselves are not clearly labeled with the resistance. So if you toss the box and packaging away, you have to fiddle with them to figure out which is which. I would prefer to be able to read the resistance (lbs) or at least light/med/heavy on the bands themselves. But that is a minor issue. They work great and would absolutely buy again.

I’ve used these bands at least twice a week for 2 1/2 yrs. and none have broken like with other types people in my exercise class use. Also like the different strength choices.

Excellent Resistance Bands
Excellent flexibility and elasticity with a solid resistance throughout the range of motion. Much better than other bands that we have tried. Large enough for overhead single or double looped stretches. We use them with a wall anchor nylon loop to perform cross cable style moves (e.g., triceps pushdowns and cross-body rotations, etc.). Heads-up, they are a bit prone to tearing if you wrap them around shoes so we wouldn’t recommend.

Good quality band that stretches and rebounds well. These donât come as pictured though. There are a bunch of exercises with line drawings of people doing the exercises on them.
