The perfect blend of pro and prebiotics
I must say these make sure everything is functioning properly. I found that taking these regularly for weeks/months is when you really notice all they do for you, especially if you stop taking them for a while.
Iâve tried many brands and these seem to be the most effective for my body. I also like that they incorporate prebiotics in the formula. The more I researched and talked to health specialists some of these probiotics do nothing for you if you arenât feeding them âfoodâ or prebiotics to keep them flourishing. So I like that this brand gives them a boost they need with the prebiotics.

I know people are skeptical of buying vitamins/supplements online. Iâm making this review to attest that my bottle came intact and accounted for. As seen in my photos the bottle was properly sealed, good date, capsules are all full.
I had 31 capsules not 30, so this would be a bonus to me. However, working in pharmacy I know that medications/supplements/vitamins can often come with 1-2 less or more than stated on the bottle. I assume its a machine error to be honest so I donât hold it as an intentionally major issue. With probiotics being the price they are I can see people returning if they were to get less than stated though. ALSO, based on many reviews. A lot of companies use bigger bottles to get all the info printed on the bottle, not to do with the quantity it contains. I can see peoples problem with this and there are ways around this that most companies havenât taken to yet.
Iâm new to this probiotic, so Iâm not going to attest to quality or effects. I just wanted people who are looking at this can be assured that it should come to you untampered, etc.
