Excellent Vitamins – highly recommend
They donât seem to upset my stomach and I like that they are organic. I do feel perkier with better energy when Iâm consistent with taking them every day.A couple years ago I was working in a high stress job , and had a period that lasted 2 solid weeks with blood clots. I didnât have health insurance and was panicking. All my other periods had just lasted 4-5 days. I started taking this same vitamin along with a hormone balancing supplement , in addition .. a whole food iron supplement – the iron was just taken for a week total) but within 2 days my period halted – and every period since hasnât been more than 5 days long (sometimes only 3 days have actual bleeding) and it comes every month on time.I havenât continued the iron supplement or the hormone balancing supplement for over a year and a half, just try to eat somewhat decently and taking these vitamins. Have not passed any clots or had that heavy of a period since then.

I wanted to buy a quality multivitamin that had whole food ingredients and was organic. And thatâs what I got with these. I love that they are one pill a day. This same company makes gummies that you can take 2 times a day but I wasnât a fan as a mom of 3 kids and struggling to remember all that needs to be done in a day, I prefer the once a day.I feel these are a bit pricey, but they are well worth it because I have peace of mind knowing Iâm getting the necessary nutrients every day that I may be lacking in diet. The pills are slightly large, but that doesnât bother me. They arenât super strong in smell, and I havenât tasted them as I usually take a big gulp of water with them. I have more energy and overall feel better when I take my vitamin for the day.Iâve used these for maybe 6 months now and plan to continue to purchase them.

I do like this Multivitamin.
I waited for a few weeks to do a review on this Multivitamin. I wanted an all natural (not petroleum based) vitamin blend. I have had NO side effects and am pleased. I have taken them with food and without food and I don’t notice any difference. I feel like I have more energy each day so that’s a very good thing. I was wanting a Multi that would include many of the minerals that we need each day to balance out our system. I believe I will reorder these and continue taking them over the next year. I will post updated reviews as the year goes on. Thank you to the vendor for shipping these so promptly and packaged well.
