Works well! Chalky taste though
Fast acting and no tingly feelings or weird side effects. I love that this product uses natural ingredients and I am very sensitive to pre-workout but this one is perfect.I’d say that you can also take this product just as a way to start the day or if you need an energy boost mid day. You will not get jittery using this product. It gives you focused energy so you can push through.I’ve used this pre-workout since March 11th and I take it 30 mins before my Zumba class. It really helps focus and gives me a boost of energy. Whenever I take it, I notice that I burn at least 80-100 more calories in a 1 hr cardio class than if I forget to take it!!Weight lossStarting stats March 11: 194.6lbs, muscle: 25.3, bmi: 31.7, visceral fat:7.9Current stats April 28:189.4lbs, muscle: 25.8, bmi: 30.8, viseral fat: 7.7Will update on May 28th:As you can see using this product along with calorie counting I’m down 5.2lbs of pure fat !It tastes absolutely disgusting though my goodness I have to drink it quickly hahah

IT works as advertised
I use this instead of coffee and energy drinks. I have no idea what one reviewer is on about when said they got sugar, this is not sweet. It is not really tasty, but as a person who eats fresh food grown in my garden, really this stuff is good. It is better on my stomach than coffee, and energy drinks yuck. It is not super strong with caffeine, a plus in my opinion. It has just enough energy and does not cause a crash at the end. I can still get a good nights sleep. Do drink lots of water with any supplements. You will feel it if you get dehydrated, but if your looking into this sort of product you probably know this already. Also, if your looking at this, you probably do not really care if it tastes great. It does not taste bad, but its not meant to be a super sweet artificial cheap amino/caffeine garbage big box stores sell. Overall, I recommend thisproduct.

I like that it’s all natural, i don’t get the jitters i get from pre-workout, but i do feel its effects while working out. For people that want a preworkout without the extra chemicals and preservatives, it’s choose this one.

Best Pre-Workout (No Jitters or Crashing)
I love this stuff! I was gifted some packets ( a month-long supply) and it’s incredible. I recently upped my workouts to 2 times a day. I’m nearing 40 and needed an extra kick to my energy and this has been a GAME CHANGER. No jitters or crashing like with other pre-workouts. It does help you focus as well, I can use it as a pick-me-up before a long day at work as well. It doesn’t taste very good, but that’s fine. Just put a little bit of water in a cup and take it like a shot as opposed to a big glass. It works like a charm, just don’t use it too late in the day otherwise I find it will interfere with a night’s sleep…. just makes it take a bit longer to get to bed if I use if after like 7 pm. Great stuff… highly recommend and I’m a huge fan. I also like that it’s NSF-certified.

I always buy garden of life supplements, I think they are best on market with its quality products, but this one tastes so bad that I canât drink it. Maybe it is clean and good product but because of taste not possible to use. I would like a refund but I think it isnât possible as I already opened it.

This was a substitute for my regular pre-workout via my subscribe and save. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The flavor is like cherry cough syrup and hard to get through, but what is worse is the way it made me feel. I took one scoop of this with 16 oz of water at 5:30am this morning (which is my normal routine with pre-workout) with my usual pre-workout snack. Thirty minutes later, I just felt off. I pushed through my 3.5 mile run and it felt awful. And now, six hours later, my stomach is a mess. I tried to return this only to find I cannot return it because I opened the package. $30 down the toilet….along with everything else in my body today thanks to this horrible product.
