Constipation and IBD
I wanted to take time from my busy schedule in hopes of helping people who have had the same symptoms with digestion, constipation and IBD issues. I’m not a physician and what I’m sharing is just my experience of what works. I did not receive anything free for this review nor would it have made a difference. I have researched diet, nutrition and exercise for over 30 years and 95% of what you read is nothing more than marketing to sell you something that doesn’t work.Having said that…..i suffered with constipation and was diagnosed with IBD several years ago. I took prescription medicine to treat the symptoms for years. In this time frame I tried over 20 different probiotics, prebiotics and changed my diet several times. I purchased this product and it worked but and there is always a but……..you need to know how to take it. This is what I did.1. Started taking 1 capsule first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. You will feel a little nausea at first as its normal but that goes away after week1.2. Starting on day 8, add a capsule before you go to bed. Now you are taking two capsules per day. During this 2nd week you will start noticing that your having consistent bowel movements and the bloating starts to reside after meals.3. I started taking the 3rd capsule before lunch but this may not be necessary for everyone. The rule of thumb that I use is this. If you have a bowel movement within the first hour of waking up in the morning them its working. When your digestion is in peak form, you should have a bowel movement between meals. This means two to three per day however everyone is different depending on a multitude of variables.Now the most important part. Take it consistently. This means if you live like most and have a hectic lifestyle, you must plan ahead. I purchased a small prescription bottle and I keep in my travel bag that goes everywhere with me. You have to take this consistently and it will work for you. Don’t fall into the trap when you start to feel better that you forget the reason why and stop taking it. I will be writing a free book and posting it on nutrition and exercise and NO i don’t have a angle and I’m not selling anything. I already have two jobs and don’t need another one. I have reached a point in my life that it becomes more about giving back and helping people than it does about making money. Money doesn’t bring happiness especially at the expense of lies and deception.I hope this helps to determine if you should try this product and how it works for you.God Bless and keep yourself and your loved ones safe, happy and healthy through these crazy times in our country.

Simply The Best And A Few Suggestions
After being on antibiotics CONSTANTLY as a child and teenager, I suffered a lot of ill-effects and I have been killing candida and healing my gut since the early 90s, off and on. IMO, these are simply the best on the market, and much better than the “regular” Primal Defense. After reading some bad reviews, I wanted to point out a few things others may find helpful. First off, probiotics aren’t magic, and if they are magic to some folks, that’s great!! But let me take this a step further. Mostly everyone that has bowel problems, and allergy problems especially, have leaky gut syndrome. If you are REALLY sensitive to this product, you probably have leaky gut and will never recover if you don’t heal your intenstinal tract. I have found great recovery with a couple of products that some may find helpful: Colostrum LD and MSM (both vendors are here at Amazon). I have been on high doses of both of these and I feel better than I have in years. I used to have severe bloating, extreme fatigue, severe food allergies/sensitivies, extreme chemical sensitivies, carb sensitivity, skin problems, cravings, IBS symptoms, uveitis (corneal inflammation), etc…..but I always tried to do my own research because I knew doctors caused all of this to begin with by keeping me on antibiotics constantly. Please keep in mind that if you have a severe case of leaky gut syndrome, probiotics may not work well for you and you’ll probably never *fully* recover. Also, certain strains of probiotics work better for certain symptoms than others. If I took a certain probiotic for IBS, I would get worse constipation because that strain of probiotic is for people with diarrhea. Lesson learned. Also, if you have candida problems, I find it’s best to start out with Syntol and then go to this brand. Syntol is great and very helpful. But saying all of that to say, this particular probiotic has helped me tremendously and I don’t ever want to be without it. To actually have energy and function like a normal person is great!

Work as well as the regular primal defense
We had been using the regular primal defense, the hard caplets but found it hard to get them anymore so decided to try these. I think these have a little less per capsule but we still just take one in the morning and it seems to keep things working well. My husband and I both take this. I know it says to work up to 3 a day but 1 seems to be working well so I see no reason to increase. I was glad these worked because we had been using the other for many many years. I was nervous when I could not find them for sale and we are happy that these are working just as well. We’ve been using them probably for about a month now

Great Product â Huge Help for Gut Health!
Iâm a huge fan of Garden of Life products. Iâve been using their Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and other basics for years, and theyâre the only brand that doesnât cause heartburn or any digestive issues for me. So, when I decided to try Primal Defense, I had high expectations.The product itself is excellent. The probiotics and gut-friendly ingredients work wonders for digestion. I noticed improvements in my digestion and overall energy levels after just a few days of use. Itâs a great addition to my daily routine, and I trust the quality since itâs made with organic ingredients and packed with essential vitamins and minerals.That being said, my only issue was with the packaging. Unfortunately, the capsules arrived broken, and there was a bit of a mess inside the bottle. Some of the capsules were crushed, and the powder was scattered around. This was disappointing, considering how much I trust the brand.Overall, though, the product itself is fantastic, and Iâd still recommend it. Just wish the packaging could be more carefully handled during shipping!
