    Great bag
Bought this bag to carry with me to run medical calls with the FD. I have since begun carrying it with me when I’m on duty as well. It’s very durable so far and holds exactly what I need it to.

    Great bag
Great bag for my school nurses clinic. Sad to find that the medic badge does not come with the bag. But that’s minimal. It’s a sturdy and large bag with lots of compartments

Spacious and comfortable med bag- now I’m organized!
I have several IFAK’s around my house, several trauma-specific kits, tourniquets, bandaid pouches, shears, suture kits, general meds, and many other first aid and emergency response-related items ready for use. My biggest problem, though, has been not having a bag that I liked to store everything in for quick/rapid deployment, be it in the house, on the go, or out and about. This backpack has hit a grandslam! The backpack is actually a legit, comfortable backpack, even or especially when loaded up. The back panel appears to be a breathable material which will help when wearing in the hot summers, or just for when wearing for long periods of time. The straps are thick and stout, and they are not cheap, nylon webbing straps that just dig into your shoulders. There are so many pockets! I love the expanding side pockets for keeping tourniquets in one side, and emergency blankets and glow sticks in the other. The lower front pock is sufficient to hold 2 Israeli bandages, gauze, and tape, with lots of smaller pockets and webbing on the actual pack, helping for organization. There is one front pocket behind the first aid hook and loop patch, which I use to keep my trauma shears, scissors, pen lights, and torch lights for quick access. There are two larger compartments in the backpack that are so useful. The outer, or larger compartment fits 5 of my small pouches/bags that are response-specific and labeled, as well as some other cold packs, bandages, and sam splints. When you open the bag, it is easy to quickly identify and access which kit I need. The last compartment, against your back, has what works as a laptop sleeve, and other smaller webbing pouches in it. I have an EMT response book in there for providing additional aide, should an emergency arise when I need immediate action beyond my abilities or recollection, while waiting for help. The bag is large and red and has retroreflective bands on it, making it very visible. I have advised my family where I keep it in the event of an emergency. The only item I didn’t like, or rather was surprised that was not already included, was zipper pull cords. Fortunately, the zippers and the pulls are strong, and I have the bag loaded! I need longer pulls, though, so I have added retroreflective bright green paracord pull tabs or strings or cords onto each of the nine zippers for a more convenient way of opening the various pockets. I highly recommend this bag, am considering ordering another, and give it a huge two thumbs up!

Perfect for what I wanted, spacious, and well made
I really always wanted to create my own first aid kits. I feel some of them that are already pre-made don’t have items I really need. I really like this bag for the purpose that you could clearly see, It’s for first aid. I really want to put some items in it that are not in traditional first aid kits. Like poison ivy wipes, burn creams, snake bite kits, and masks for CPR. I feel this could potentially save a life. When it comes to tragic situations every second counts. I could even put in there a guideline for CPR to help anybody who’s never done it before. I could see this being used for things like summer camps and in personal vehicles. The bag is really well made and has plenty of space for all the items that I would like in my private first aid kit. Every second counts and to have something like this would be priceless. I really do enjoy hiking and to have this with me, with all the items I wish to have in it is only but a lifesaver. One of those things you need that you never thought you really needed until it’s too late. Please I order this..

    falling apart at the seams
Not worth it! I use it for medications only. Nothing heavy and the seams are loose. It didnt even make it 6 months.

    Safety on the road
Got this for a first aid kit for the car. We have been first on scene for several accidents and all we have had in the car was a small pre-purchased kit with Band-Aids in it. I feel quite helpless sometimes.I purposefully looked for an empty bag this time. I’ve tried purchasing a premade/prefilled one but they usually are lacking in so many areas and are mostly just Band-Aids. For the same amount of money I can get a lot more items by packing it myself.I want to personalize mine with the things we typically need. I wanted a bag with good pockets to divide items to make it easier to find things when needed.I’ve tried using backpacks but they just don’t work out.I guess people in the know designed these bags because it’s been way better than my attempts to make something work. The bright color makes it easy to spot compared to other bags in the car when traveling. The sewing seems well done. The zipper is quality.Useful item
