Best greens ever
Honestly the best tasting greens Iâve ever had. Better than clean simple eats. Theyâre still gritty but not nearly as bad. The lime flavor is just the right amount, not overly sweet and not that âfakeâ lime flavor. It tastes like a real lime.10/10 love it.

Taste is good, doesn’t dissolve great
The instructions say to mix 1 scoop into 10oz of water but it’s still really gritty for me. I usually do 1 scoop for 20oz and that’s makes a noticeable difference. It still isn’t super smooth but drinkable for me.

Pink Lemonade! I really like this drink. In fact, I mix it with 8oz of water for more flavor. After mixing it with one of those milk frothers itâs the tiniest bit gritty, but somehow not in a bad way. For all the good stuff in it, Iâll take a little bit of gritty.I look forward to this drink everyday; and I prefer it with ice and I straw.

Great product. I was bummed when the Ghost Lifestyle website no longer had this flavor in stock due to it being “seasonal”. I was pleasantly surprised to find it on Amazon. This flavor is delicious, easy to drink in the mornings, or on the go while at work. In the six months or so since I’ve been using Ghost Supergreens I have definitely noticed the benefits and would highly recommend.

Healthy Guava Berry Flavor Greens
I keep getting adds and watching videos of influencers drinking AG1, so I started looking at Greens. Paying $99 for a month supply of AG1 Greens, I just couldnât do it. I could pack my fridge with fruits and vegetables for that much.I was aware of Ghost Greens since I use their Pre-Workout (best tasting on the market and it works); I also have their Burn (great tasting, but will make you perspire everywhere and I mean everywhere); Pump ( which just makes your muscles look big and fuller after a workout); and lastly their protein powders.I opted for the Guava Berry flavor of Ghost Greens because I grew up in Puerto Rico eating Guavas, and Berry is just a classic flavor all around.I mixed it with 10oz of cold water and gave it a shake. I can definitely taste the Guava, not so much the Berry flavor. It definitely has a Green/Earthy after taste, but that is expected given the ingredients. I personally thought that it tasted pretty good, Iâm looking forward to drinking it tomorrow, and seeing how I feel after the 30th serving.

Old school apple greens by ghosteeg
Old school apple greens by ghost. I’ve been in the ghost train lately, so I figured I’d give my usual Costco bought zena (mixed berry) greens a rest and give this stuff a rip. First off we’re going to go by the smell. It smells like an old school Apple…… if you let it ferment in your colon for a couple weeks. Not going to sugar coat it the scent is a little rough. It gives sewage-y vibes but honestly I think all green drinks kind of give that scent a little bit. Like you know when you cook broccoli at home and your whole house smells like farts? I honestly think the scent is just a Tell-Tale sign of the quality. Luckily ghost did not say that this is Old School Apple scented they said it was Old School Apple flavored. And you do get that hit old school, store brand from concentrate apple juice taste. However it is incredibly hard to mask the standard greens taste and you will get some of that on the back end. I have a tendency to want to chug my greens because the taste isn’t usually the best on its own but with this it’s fairly tolerable. Now the texture no matter how you mix it, in a blender bottle or with a frother/mixer it’s going to be gritty, again as with all greens powders. I will say that it is slightly more gritty than the zena stuff. I’m giving it a 3 outta 5 stars, or a c. Will I be buying it again? possibly?
