The flavor is perfect. Appreciate the recommendation to start with half a scoop (works for me). It also masks the flavor of BCAAs very well (if by chance you did like me and bought “unflavored” BCAAs and are suffering the consequences).

This powder doesnât dissolves the quickest. Now most of them donât. I find it helpful if you make it the night before you plan on using it and let it sit if you want it broken down more. The quality is of the product is better than I expected. Good taste with a nice dose of the beta alanine, gives me a slight boost of energy. Most preworkouts never have me feeling like Superman before a workout but everyone is different and has a different sensitivity to these things so be mindful of that. 3 out of 5 because although I do like this product chances are I wonât buy again just experimenting with different pre workouts to see which one I prefer most

I purchased the Blue Raspberry flavour and really love the taste, the pump I feel on this is better and longer lasting than other (more expensive) pre workouts I’ve tried. I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I’ve noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn’t seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I’m definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.
