good for the price, just one problem…
pretty good machine, although there are better. One thing to keep in mind, this machine is designed for people less than 5′ 9″ or so. I’m about 6′ and several of the exercises I can’t quite do because I cannot extend all the way on the machine. I think they should emphasize this so that people who are tall will know.

A poor duplicate of the real Total Gym
Its a solid machine for the price. It does not come close to the real Total Gym though , that’s for sure. If you have a place to put without ever having to fold it that’s great, however if you want to put it away after use this is NOT the machine to buy. There’s a design flaw where you have to partially disassemble the machine to fold it. The L brackets , which are not installed at delivery prevent the machine from folding when fully assembled also the main support leg does not fold in towards the machine but away from it. It does not come with a users manual to see the different exercises you can do. You have to figure it out yourself. If I did not have to pay for return shipping, I would send it back.
