    Helps with tracking and self-reflection.
    I love this little journal. It tracks helpful things and gives just enough space. It’s not overwhelming and I like that it’s undated, so I can skip days without feeling bad or losing pages.

    Love the color (I chose purple). It’s nice and compact and focuses on all aspects of self care. I like that the monthly calendar does not have set dates/year.Oh and it comes with stickers so that is a bonus😊

    Perfect Starter Self Care Journal!
    Upon opening, was very pleased at the initial quality of this journal. Very nice binding, well made. The color is gorgeous! I really like the helpful lead questions the journal provides. It has a ‘starter guide’ to help get the ball rolling, if one has never journaled before-very helpful for those that find it hard to put themselves first! There are a good variety of stickers to utilize throughout the journal. I really like the multiple book-markers, as I always seem to be working on more than one thing at a time.🤪it even includes a handy-dandy little pen holder. I did take one star, as, while I do understand the premise behind having a 3 mo goal-oriented timeframe, I believe a journal geared toward self-care should not have a timeline. The timeframe feature, I feel, would be better geared toward a goal-focused/achieving journal. Overall, this is a really lovely, helpful, gently guided tool to help one become more soul-centered.😌Would for sure make a wonderful gift!

    Beautiful notebook. Outside cover is gorgeous! Lovely selection of stickers inside. Has really helped me stay on track but if I can’t write in it everyday it doesn’t matter because you can customise to how you want to use it.
