    Loved this book!!!
    I just finished all 4 weeks of this book and it was great. My teens, husband and I liked about 95% of the recipes. In 4ish days my stomach was flat for the first time in forever, no more bloating. My clothes started fitting better too. I never felt starved or deprived of good tasting food. The dessert options a few times a week were fantastic. My favorite part is, I lost 1-2 lbs a week for a total of 8.3 pounds! This book is great for full time working mom professionals who juggle work and being a mom. The planner style method and the shopping list was what made sticking with this so easy!!!

    Bought the second edition first. Loved it lost weight, felt great. Bought the first one. The recipes are awesome, the daily recipes make it soooo easy to stay on track. Have recommended it to several people

    Recipes are for 1 person
    The first edition of this book is fantastic, it’s recipes are for 4 people along with a perfect format easy to follow. This edition was not as easy to follow and the recipes are for 1 person. If you are looking to feed just one person than this book is for you. Not family friendly. I wish they stuck with the first format and just added new recipes.

    Very Amazed by this cookbook
    So being diagnosed with prediabetes I wanted to eat healthier. The Mediterranean diet is very healthy and will help me with my journey so I can reverse this. The recipes are amazing things that I didn’t even think I could eat are in here and the instructions are simple and the pictures are just beautiful. I’m going to start this diet Monday because I have to get rid of a few things I don’t want to throw away and waste but I can’t wait to dig into this wonderful wonderful 28-day Mediterranean diet plan that looks absolutely delicious

    Nice variety of recipes
    My favorite thing about this is the wire ring binder. I don’t like cookbooks that won’t lay flat. The recipes seem to cater to many variety of tastes and are easy to prepare. Glad I bought it but I don’t need the planner part of it. Thought it was not necessary.
