Seriously, I’m tempted to tell people I just got a dental appointment. The breath-freshening effect lasts too, so no complaints there.Natural Goodness: I love the use of essential oils here. It feels much better than using those harsh, chemical-filled mouthwashes that make your mouth feel like a science experiment.What Could Be Better:Thick as Cough Syrup: This rinse is thick. I mean thick. I’m talking “you could almost pour it on pancakes” thick. The instructions say to swish for 10 minutes, but after two minutes, I’m just staring at the clock wondering how much longer my jaw can take. I’m working on building up to the full 10-minute routine (you know, baby steps), but for now, I’m more of a 2-3 minute person with this stuff. If you’re someone who can handle thick textures and has jaw endurance, though, more power to you!Watch Out for Stains: They tell you to brush your teeth immediately after using this to avoid stains. I get it. But now I’m paranoid about accidentally spilling it on my favorite white shirt. I’ve avoided wearing anything remotely “not dark” since starting this. Results right away
My teeth started to become sensitive after switching my toothpaste to an hydroxyapatite toothpaste. I learned that it needs to be at least 10% to he affected and most all of those toothpastes are 2%. I went back to my old floruide free toothpaste and added this in. I noticed a difference in sensitivity right after. As I been using it for the past 4 days, I continued to notice an improvement in being less sensitivity. I have noticed my teeth slightly whiter as well. I’m not sure about anything else because it’s too soon.
