Easy to assemble.I mean, there’s nothing more to say. Put two things together and boom! No issues.Steam.I used this on my face and immediately, for the first time in yearssssss, I completely got rid of my white heads on my nose. Two sessions of steaming and witch hazel oil and my skin feels like a baby’s bottom!Easy to use.I would only recommend that it is placed on a stable surface because my clumsy self did not and ended up burning my hand by holding the exact area the steam came out of by mistake, lol. The hood isn’t huge but it is big enough to use over my head. When steaming hair, simply use facing away from the machine for the amount of time you’re comfortable with, then use facing the machine after. This is to ensure the entire hair is steamed. I did not to this because my head is small and I was able to get my entire head steamed but for some, that might be needed. I was also surprised to see a tiny compartment in the face steaming extension to place essential oil. I thought I had to place it in with the water. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN DISTILLED WATER in the water compartment. Unless you are cleaning out the water compartment. To clean, simply heat vinegar and water mixture (not boil) and drain.Is it worth the price?It definitely is.

NO MORE SPENDING A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A STEAM TREATMENT AT MY LOCAL SALON. I used to pay so much money to go to the salon to have my hair deep steam conditioned. Not anymore, thanks to the Ozone hair and facial steamer. Get your favorite conditioner and steam away. The hair steamer was very easy to assemble out of the box. It’s easy to take apart and put back in the box, like 1,2 3. This works for me. The steamer works well. I love that unlike other steamers this one doesn’t drip hot water to sting my forehead. The dome is a nice side and it heats up enough to steam your hair with a plastic cap on as well. I would purchase this product again. I have not used the facial steamer portion but the setup for a facial is just as easy as setting up the hair steamer. You will enjoy this product.

Extra moisture for natural hair
My sister recommended this product after she went to the hair salon and saw a similar item , I have natural hair and I was looking for a deep conditioner penetration without all the heat that dryers have . This hair steamer is the ultimate , I saw results after my first use . Itâs low so you need a high countertop to use it , you can open or close the top of the hood depending on how much penetration you require . Itâs easy to use and seals in moisture to your hair after use .I use it after I put my hair conditioner in . I highly recommend this product for people with natural hair

Complete TRASH
I am late writing this review.I purchased this product in 2023, when I first got it I used it just fine maybe 2 times within a month. I then used it again the following month but when I tried to use it again which was probably 3 months later I had issues with it starting. I would get the three lights/ beeps then nothing. I wasnât able to start it. So I played with it some, maneuvering the cord moving it different outlets etc. and it worked. The next time I tried to use it the same thing that happened maybe 3 times but moving forward every other time afterwards nothing other than than the 3 lights flashing with the three beeps and the lights continued to flash. I will now throw this in the trash ( which is what this product is TRASH!!!!!I made sure that I emptied the water out immediately after each use and I let it air dry I didnât just put it back in the box to dry out. So Iâm not sure what happened or why other than it being TRASH that would make it not work!!!! A total waste of my hard earned money!!

This steamer is amazing! I originally purchased it because I had an inflamed scalp (which has now calmed down tremendously) I use this once a week with my homemade aloe/coconut milk/avocado hair treatment or a simple oil treatment. My hair has grown from a little under collarbone length to almost touching my armpit! I am so happy that I spent the extra coins!!! Highly recommend for those with low porosity, type 3c/4a curls. My wash&gos and twist outs have never looked better!!My only complaint is you do need to rotate around every now and then because the majority of the steam is in the front and I pin my hair to the top of my head because the steam doesnât go much further than the dome. It does also leak in the back so I would recommend putting a towel across your shoulders or folded right behind you just to avoid hot water droplets.Overall, I would not trade it in for anything else!!!
