Why use a journal?
there are so many reasons to use a journal but here are just a few:
to help organize your thoughts to see your progress overtime to help you reflect on your sessions get the most out of your time with your therapist
Why a Therapy Journal?
As a therapist, one of the things I have heard from my clients is that they struggle with what to bring up in session, whether it is organizing their thoughts, trying to prioritize topics or even trying to actually remember because of the time between sessions.
So that is where the idea for this journal was born. I made it so that my clients as well as clients everywhere could utilize a journal to get the most out of therapy and to help on their healing journey that was easy to use and guided!
what can I expect?
This journal was built with clients in mind and is made for the person who may struggle with journaling. It is made to use if you go to therapy weekly, bi-weekly or any time frame you need it.
It doesn’t have time expectations so if you miss a week, that is totally okay! Each week has an area to plan and reflect on each session that you have. There is an activity for each week that you can do which is all meant to enhance your therapy process. There are even resources within the journal like coping skill ideas, self care ideas, and even an area to set your goals for therapy.
This journal is meant to be an asset and not a burden.

Such a great help
Such a helpful tool for anyone who wants to track their journey through therapy and find the deeper roots of their trauma.I think every therapist should have one on hand to help their clients.

Helpful, Simple, and can be used with therapist!
I love how directive some of the questions are in this journal – super helpful for clients new to therapy. You can also rate your session with stars which is such a cute touch! This journal also has a wide list of coping skills and self care ideas and space to add your own!I’ve been in therapy a long time and this journal is going to help me have even more in depth conversations with my therapist – about the relationship and what I need. Thank you!

AMAZING!
This journal is so incredible! Each week when I was forced to rate my session and explain how I’m closer to a goal, it made me realize that I wasn’t getting what I needed from my therapist and encouraged me to switch! My favorite thing about this journal is that with each entry, at the end is an activity or a prompt and I enjoy those so much because it keeps me in the present. It is usually something positive or something that is productive! THANK YOU FOR THIS JOURNAL AND FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Simplicity at its finest
Healing is all but simple, however this journal really helps. Itâs cute and stylish while still being straightforward and user friendly. I love how it helps me to continue processing the things that I need to focus on. You can 100% tell that Kristen put a lot of thought and heart into this.

A good first go
This journal is useful especially for first time therapy journal users and first time therapy clients. It did help me establish a new habit and the template is useful for preparing for and tracking therapy. The concept – good! In actual use – still ok! There is room for improvement in the product itself to make it last better including the binding quality, paper quality – my pens and markers bled through and marked clean pages, and copy editing – there are typos and misspellings. The journal does not include a way to keep your spot like a ribbon so you’ll need a bookmark or clip.

Helpful journal!
I received my journal last week and and Am loving it so far! I love that I can rate session and that it has prompts to complete. I canât wait to bring my thoughts into therapy without forgetting them! Thanks to Kristen for making a journal that is easy for ANYONE to use. I usually hate journaling but I love this.

Inspiring!
Iâve been struggling remembering what my goals are and what we discussed during sessions during my talk therapy sessions. I decided to try to journal on my own and that I kept letting slip, so I wanted something with more encouragement and structure already laid out I could work on along side.. and Kristen made it ! Thank you!
Samantha Egan –

Incredibly helpful when working on therapy journey. I’m terribly forgetful going in and leaving a session and the layout and prompts throughout this is so helpful to keep track! The feelings wheel included is also a highlight to help guide in and out of sessions. Couldn’t recommend enough!
