Great watch.
Great health watch. Great price. Does what it shows in the description. If enough to see all the information. Might be a little big for some people. Lots of downloadable faces.

Extremely easy to pair with Android
This took literally seconds to pair with an Android phone. That’s no surprise, almost everything pairs easily with Androids. It’s the iPhone that refuses to pair with basically everything without an Apple logo. One day, I’ll figure out why people buy that garbage. I have no clue what the other reviewer is talking about. It is literally more difficult to take it out of the box than it is to pair.I will tell you that sleep tracking doesn’t work. It doesn’t work on literally any smartwatch. I don’t care if you have an Apple Max Ultimate Gold Super Mega Cheeseburger iWatch Turbo edition, sleep tracking doesn’t work. My Aunt’s Apple Watch Ultra 2 that cost 30x what this did said she was asleep while watching TV earlier and chatting with everyone. This watch also measures some stuff and guesses. I’d just leave it on the nightstand. There’s a lithium battery in there. Nonsense measurements aren’t worth that risk. The blood pressure monitor actually works surprisingly well. I tested it against an actual cuff and it was only 2 off systolic and 1 off diastolic. That’s obviously not perfect, but more than acceptable. If my blood pressure were to spike to 200/130 or something ridiculous, 198/129 is enough to tell me something is quite wrong. The display can be a bit finicky. It usually comes on when you look at it, but sometimes it doesn’t. You sometimes need to shake your wrist around a bit to get it to wake up.The whole reason I wanted this was for an elderly family member who lives here. SpO2 is extremely important to monitor in the elderly. That drops, it’s quite a good idea to get to the hospital. She isn’t going to walk around with a finger monitor all day, so this works instead. She’s having no problems operating it. She even mostly set it up herself, after I….turned Bluetooth for her.

Looks useful in theory
I still haven’t had a chance to use this yet, but UI got it because it said it could do blood pressure readings. Once my family saw that I had gotten it, they all questioned the possible accuracy of blood pressure readings. After doing more research online and looking at several reviews, it seems that the readings are inconsistent/unreliable. Because I can’t really trust that feature, I’m unsure if I’ll even use it. It’s possible that the other features work well, but I already have a couple other fitness trackers, a Fitbit and a Samsung Galaxy, that take care of that already.
The watch is only accurate with steps and occasionally heart rate the rest of it is not even close I don’t think I would waste my money buying it –
Worthless
The only thing is accurate on this watch is the steps you take occasionally my heart rate was close the rest of it is miles apart I have stage 4 COPD in my oxygen is about 88%. It always said my oxygen was 97 to 99% and the blood pressure wasn’t even nowhere close don’t think I’d waste my money if I were you

Great choice within this price range.
This watch has some health-related functions that other watches in this price category lack (at the time of this writing). It’s also comfortable to wear, looks decent, and is relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it.I am using this watch as a fitness tracker, and have not tried any of the phone-control options.I love that this thing has the ability to track a lot of different information automatically — and at the same time. In addition to the common things like steps, kcal, and activity; it can automatically keep track of heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, blood glucose, sleep quality (including apnea monitoring), skin temperature, and body temperature. It will also take an ECG when manually requested. And, if you want, it will let you share/send the info to your friend, relative, or doctor. The watch itself only shows current values and/or maximum and minimum values for each test; but the “H Band” app stores and displays a running log for each — and even offers a brief High/Low/Normal interpretation of most of them, as well as some general explanations as to what some of them actually measure.Although this watch is not nearly as accurate or comprehensive as professional medical equipment, it does seem to be very consistent; and using it to track these physiological data changes and trends can be very useful for many situations. If you take an ECG reading and it tells you that you have a normal sinus rhythm with no issues, having a doctor double-check is still a good idea. But if it tells you there’s a problem, get it checked out! The same goes for the apnea monitoring: not seeing it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re safe; but if the watch does catch any, it’s time for a call/visit to the doctor. While I do really like this fitness-tracking smartwatch, there are a few minor things that annoy me about it:1. I do not like the fake leather plastic band. If I want the leather look, I’ll get an actual leather band. The thinner, better-ventilated, more flexible rubber straps that come with other similar watches are much more comfortable, and don’t look as cheesy.2. Almost all of the settings and customization have to be done through the H Band app, and cannot be controlled on the watch itself.3. Although you can initiate and take an ECG directly on the watch, there’s no way to see the results of it. The watch doesn’t show any results other than the heart rate; and the app only acknowledges the ones initiated from within the app.4. The display can be set to turn on when raised, but doesn’t always do so.5. The display can be set to stay on for a set amount for time, from 3 to 30 seconds; but cannot be set to “always on”.6. There are not enough options for customizing the watch face.None of the above-mentioned nits affect the actual functions and benefits of the watch: they are just personal preference issues.
