I really like these bands, they donât take up much space, theyâve lasted for a year and for the price they canât be beat. The bag it comes with means you can take all of the bands with you if you travel making portability a breeze. The bands also work well and theyâre designed to be used in conjunction with each other which is a neat design. The only concern I have is that if you go too hard or fray the nylon strap on the bottom you have to get creative with the bands to get a good workout.

I have been using these bands for months now addition to my dumbbells. They have definitely expanded my workout options. I also have a straight bar and an ez curl bar with rings on the ends to attach the bands. I would highly recommend them. In fact, you can do your entire workout with these bands and dont need any other dumbbells or free weights.
