i bought this product to help with immunity. So far i do think itâs working! everyone around me has the current flu /cold that is going around, and thankfully i have yet to get it.i will say it does hurt my belly. I am careful to eat it with food and I never take more than 1 pill but it does hurt my belly.Also I think it makes me smell kinda odd? I noticed that I would kindof burp up garlic or I would be able to smell it on my own breath. But I think it also slightly alters my body odor too.I still think itâs a great product and Iâm going to continue using, but maybe i just need to start splitting the pills in half or something.
