This product works as advertised and is easy to regenerate the resin. The water is soft and it is much better taking a shower and cleaning with soft water.

Serves its purpose. Good inexpensive solution
This product does its intended job but, it will need to be recharged with salt after every 300-500 gallons. My issue is with the included hose and fittings. In hindsight I noticed there are other inexpensive options that include better fittings like quick connectors or swivel connectors that make the weekly or bi-weekly recharge and disconnect/reconnect to an rv a lot easier. The included hose sprung a leak after the first time I had to disconnect it to empty and flush my tanks. It will do for now. I am satisfied overall as I now have soft water in my 5th wheel while I am out working in some of the hardest water areas in the country like south Louisiana and west Texas. Just be sure to recharge it at least biweekly because you will only get about 500 gallons max.

Extremely pleased with the ease of installation. Ran the hot and cold water for about 10 minutes, but really noticed the difference the next morning.

Works great
The hot tub was off the scale hard water. I hooked the hose up to the pump discharge and the other end to the softener and let the softener sit in the hot tub. As you can see from the test strips it takes all the hardness out of the watter. For future water changes I will be able to filter the water as I’m filling the tub.

Product was great until today when I recharged it. Now it leaks from fittings blue hose leaking as well having to modify the lid to keep it from leaking. Fact is you donât use metal fittings in a plastic lid. Not very happy with the design.

The best investment to make for your RV
This water softener is great. Since the day I installed the unit I immediately started to see the difference. The water is much softer and the soap actually makes more bubbles. As for when taking a shower, my sister stayed with me for a while and said it made her hair a lot softer and less tangled. Get this unit itâs worth the investment.I called their customer service to registered my unit and Justin Jyang who answered my email was exceptional and gave me all the answer I needed to registered my unit and even extended to 4 years the warranty for the unit and the resin refill.

Defective
Idk if I was one of the lucky ones or not but the one I got was defective. The inlet and outlet sides of the bottle are a metal fittings screwed into a plastic housing. This is bad. My outlet side immediately leaked water everywhere I checked the fitting and I could spin it with my hand it never got tight and if I wobbled it the metal fitting would come out of the housing. In short, the plastic housing was a size too big for the metal fitting used to connect to it. Thereby allowing water to leak out and the item to be unusable.
