Sun lover stuck inside
Itâs been a long time since I sat in a cubicle and now that IâmBack in that environment, light is very important to me. Not only for the obvious reasons but also because I miss the sun and my body isnât accustomed to sitting under fluorescents any more. I was super excited for this to come in thinking it would solve all of my problems and I caught it on sale so, even better!I have use it for a week now and I do love it. I either use it while reading or tasking or while Iâm eating lunch at my desk. The light can get pretty bright or dim down lower to a non retina burning setting. Iâm thankful for the options it provides. You can also choose between cool and warm light, and time settings. My go to is warm, dim, 30 minutes right in front of my face. I love it. IMO, this lamp is 100% intended for light therapy and not so much to provide light for your eyes.I am searching for another light for my desk but this one will stay. I can absolutely feel the energy and almost improved mood vs sitting under the fluorescents all day. Iâm a fan. We all need sunlight in our lives and this is as close as I can get while in office.

Nice timer
Light is really nice. Don’t drop it. It’s made of cheap plastic. But nice to have on while working at different settings. I use the timer every hour to remind me to get up and stretch, walk, and drink water when I have to cut it back on after going out. Also very nice a night when I fall asleep it will go off in it own. Also I’ll set it before leaving home just to through off nosey neighbors a bit. 🙂

Auto timer and adjustable light
The light is very bright on all 3 settings, but you can tilt it so it’s not so direct. Works very well. I didn’t realize it’s always on a timer and won’t stay on indefinitely until it turned off and I worried for a second I had a power outage.

I think it looks neat, more like an accent lamp than a medical device. It still has the full power like previous lamps Iâve used, but gives more control on both the color (more bluish or a warmer white) and the brightness. The light can also be tilted on the stand. I am very pleased.

It has the ability to stay on like a normal lamp. Everyone has been taught to fear UV but that spectrum is important to health too. Like the sun, don’t stare straight into it, but the UV spectrum is important to the eyes health as well.As others have pointed out, it is cheap looking plastic but for the hazy glare of Michigan winters it serves its purpose. I’ll be looking for better quality materials and with UV spectrum for more truly natural-like light as God created it.Edit. I don’t know what I hit or how I hit it but it does not stay on past the silly timer limit of 60 minutes, as if these were heat lamps plus they love to point out there isn’t any U.V., so what’s the point of not having a simple on/off option.So unless I am missing something here, It’s ridiculous. Also as you might expect, the plastic does look very cheap and the buttons labeled are the same color as the plastic, making them very difficult to read.

Je l’utilise actuellement depuis trois semaines. à mon arrivé pour déjeuner et lire mon journal, je le fais avec cette lampe. Je constate que les matins d’automne tristounets sont moins pire jusqu’à temps que le soleil se lève et que je parte pour le travail. D’ailleurs, ma conjointe joue à me la voler régulièrement.
