Great bag for larger scooters
I got this as a replacement for the stock bag I got with my yume y11+ which ended up breaking after a lot of use. This one is bigger than the previous bag I had which allows me to put more than just my charger into the bag, and so far after a month it’s holding up well and seems well made for the price. It was easy enough to put on and had more than enough room to tighten around the stem of my scooter, however the top straps couldn’t quite reach up to my handle bars, which either way I ended up putting them onto my lock anyways which worked just as well. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, I’m pretty confident this will last longer than my previous bag and I’m very happy with the size of it for what I was looking for.

Large, Durable and Easy to Install
This Hiboy storage bag is a lifesaver for quick trips to the convenience store or to carry valuables. It’s large enough to hold the Hiboy lock and two beverages with snacks. It’s sturdy and easy to install. Would recommend and purchase again.

Great backpack to hold items.
This backpack is easy to install. We bought the big one which holds our water and snacks and our keys. The zipper is hard to close and when our son tries to close it, he broke the plastic end. Overall it was a good buy because It’s sturdy and will withstand pebbles and it is big enough to fit the important items so I don’t have to carry a backpack.

It is pretty awesome to have. But seriously, get a 4l bag or bigger, this works well for all my needs but truly I’d like something bigger.Only con to this product is the material it’s made from is just thinner than expected. Can squeak when rubbed against other plastics. But seems well and waterproof, but nowhere close to temp proof

Of the two Hiboy bags Amazon offers, I purchased the smaller one, the “3L” bag – I found that it is more than big enough to hold the items I carry around when riding my Segway scooter.What I did not anticipate is that when mounted as shown, the bag completely covers the Segway’s headlight – I do sometimes ride at night, so for that I remove the bag and use a backpack (this might not be a problem with a bicycle or other models of scooters). In any case, it’s a decent quality bag.

I purchased the Hiboy Waterproof and Stable Handlebar Bag for my H2 electric scooter and within weeks, the stitching on the strap became undone. Because I was barely out of the Amazon return window, I had to deal directly with Hiboy (more like OhBoy) which was a less than ideal experience. First, the return policy in place is ridiculous. It requires a formal request, via email, with both photographic evidence AND VIDEO evidence of their shabby craftmanship. In this day and age, getting a video small enough to send to their servers was like freeclimbing Mount Everest. In the winter. Then, after finally sending them a 2 second video of their poorly crafted product, they simply ghosted me. I never heard back from them, although they were certainly very diligent in following up in their demands to receive videographic evidence. If you need a bag to store your stuff, please look elsewhere. I’m not the first and I won’t be the last to purchase and return this clearly poorly built handlebar bag.
