This is a great ADL kit It is durable and very economical The exact same items I use at work as an occupational therapist I recommend this to clients all the time. It is indispensable to anyone with knee back hip or shoulder problems

Husband was in a motorcycle accident these were extremely helpful in his recovery the only item I did not like was the sponge on a stick it doesn’t have any stability to it so it would be great for washing for somebody who has delicate neuropathy but it’s not good for scrubbing dirt from a distance

I had to order this for taking care of myself after my back surgery and everything is very helpful except the shower thing. The plastic handle is very whimsical and the not strong enough to hold the sponge what is glued on it.The tool to pull up my socks is very handy so as the tool for putting the shirt on (although I did use the hook on the end to put one of my closed shoes on). I would recommend to everyone who needs this for recovery or for someone who is in older age but wants to be self sufficient.

After having total knee replacement I needed help with everything! While in the hospital the therapist gave me the grabber and stick to help me. While I was still in the hospital I ordered this kit, although it says for hips trust me it is also for knee replacement. The grabber helped with things that dropped or I couldnât reach, the stick with hook was great for reaching down to pull up my jammie pants and the sock helper was great, just slide your sock on the helper and slid your foot in and pull up. I was able to help myself with some things so I didnât have to bother anyone for everything. Well worth the money, actually for everything that comes in this kit itâs a bargain.

Love the shoe horn and the spong back thingy….Grabber is OK…but not the best….
So I had total hip replacement and needed these they said….The Shoe Horn I still use 6 months out….Great piece…The Spong back thangy — Its OK but I like my See Spong one much better….The Grabber works OK but ONLY OK — It will do what you will need post surgery, but that’s allThe Sock thing — That’s another story — IT BLOWS CHUNKS!! If Your foot is bigger than a size 10 it WILL NOT WORK and YOUR FOOT WILL NOT FIT IN IT!!!!!No Thumbs Up — Get it if its what you can afford but like I said – If your foot is size 10 or bigger — don’t count on the sock thing!!!!

Most helpful kit, good price
Everything in this kit is really helpful for giving me independence to dress myself the first week after hip replacement surgery. I didnât particularly care for the contour sponge (prefer my shower brush), but the dressing stick is really helpful. The reacher in this kit is better than the one I used 4 years ago that came with rubber cups for grabbing things. I tried the sock aid today with ankle socks and it worked perfectly. This kit did not include a leg assist for getting into bed, but I just use my bathrobe belt instead. The price is very reasonable.
