LOVE this little light!! I’ve been thinking about purchasing one of these light therapy lamps for a while and finally decided to try one because the cold is just dragging on! I’ve been using it to help wake up and get going in the morning, placing it in the corner of my kitchen and it’s a fun and bright way to help me and my family wake up – I love that it mimics natural light. I also use it in my office and I do think it helps brighten my mood in the middle of the day when I turn it on for 20 minutes (thanks to the handy little timer on the back that’s easy to do!). It is fun to play around with the different light colors and brightness because you don’t feel the same way each day. If you’re on the fence about trying one of these lights – I say go for it!

Small but mighty
I live in the Seattle area and this lamp is great for our dreary winters. It’s small enough to fit comfortably on your desk, and helps so you don’t feel as bad when you leave home for work and it’s still dark outside, and by the time you leave work it’s already dark again.I think I have a pretty normal sized hand for a woman, so you can see that this is going to fit perfectly almost anywhere you want to keep it. Super easy to use and functions just as I hoped.
