This product is awesome. No strange lingering aftertaste. Iâve seen both a boost in my mood(boyfriend thanks you) and my skin has seen a huge boost in clarity and smoothness. I work in the beauty industry(Hair + Lashes) and I recommend it to all of my clients the moment they comment on how nice my skin is. Iâm not going to say itâs going to be a stand alone miracle product however, if taken with a good mix of other vitamins and a pretty simple skin care regiment(daily face wash, coconut oil and a weekly mud mask), it truly works to enhance the improvement of the skin overall. +++ back to the mood thing….. really, it helps amplify my happy quote a bit and that alone is WORTH IT! PS: Iâm not a robot, and this is an honest review made by a nice human. I can never tell anymore. Sigh….

Love this stuff – better than krill oil
This stuff is great, even at half dose! Iâve been taking krill oil for years due to the phospholipid/antioxidant content but have been disappointed in the levels of EPA/DHA in most krill oil. I decided to try OMG Omega due to the much higher amount of these two fatty acids, along with the affordable price. Iâve been taking just one softgel a day (with a meal) and my skin has been softer and more clear. Taking one a day is still more EPA/DHA than Iâve been getting with krill oil, plus the bottle will last twice as long. Fish oil may not work for everyone, but it definitely helps my skin and joints. This brand seems to be easily digested and has no odor. Highly recommend.

Always had a great deal of love for this omega until I realized they used âmodifiedâ corn starchTruly hurt as a result of this unnatural ingredient.I will finish up my bottle since itâs $30Unfortunately I wonât be ordering anymore.It is a good product if you donât mind all ânaturalâ ingredients.

I just love Hum products

Canât say I like or dislike it because it did nothing just like any other omega 3 supplement. I have dry skin and some reoccurring face acne so I tried this along with other acne products and well I may as well had not been taking this.

AMAZING FISH OIL SUPPLEMENT!
Iâve had acne prone skin since I was 13 (Iâm 32 now) and literally have not had a breakout since I started taking these vitamins. My skin is glowing, my hair is shiny and my nails are super strong! All fish oil supplements are large pills but these have no taste. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny
I added HUM OMG to my daily supplement routine due to breakouts caused by wearing a mask all day. After doing a bit of research I decided that one capsule a day was enough for me. Over the past 60 days there has been a significant reduction in the severity of breakouts and my hair is also noticeably thicker. I have since added other HUM products to my routine. I highly recommend that product. Also, no fish burps as promised.
