Good for calming not for sleep
Our household is full of anxiety from the parents to the five kids and we all like these gummies. These calming gummies are good at calming in preparation for sleep, but as they do not contain melatonin they do not cause sleepiness. Our preteen uses these often to help whenever her anxiety spikes. They are fruity flavored with no nasty aftertaste. They are gummies and they stick to teeth pretty good, so we brush after eating them.

This is a great alternative for melatonin. I’ve been giving it to my daughter for about a week and it calms her down and allows her to fall asleep. It also allows her to stay asleep during the night which is a plus. She wakes up refreshed happy and ready to go in the morning. As a parent I like the fact that it is not addictive. Also I like that it is natural. It makes me feel good to give it to her. Highly recommend for anybody looking for an alternative to melatonin.

This item is great for sleep. I have a 5-year-old autistic and hyperactive kid ony hands. If he could stay up akl night, I’m surenhe would. The only thing I recommend is that you give your child half of one, not the recmemded dose on the back.

Donât work and stick together
The one star is because my son likes these.That is the only good thing about these. They do not work to promote sleep at all. We have used these for several months now and there has been no change in how long it takes my toddler to fall asleep. In addition to not working for their intended purpose, they stick together so badly that it is always a real struggle to get one out of the container. Extremely annoying. If you want your child to have a sweet treat before bedtime, this will definitely work. For all other purposes, you willProbably be disappointed. Also the price is very high for it not working.

They seem to mildly work. They were all stuck together like the may have melted a bit in transit. Taste if fine. Probably actually need the ones that have melatonin in them

If you are having trouble getting the kids to go to sleep, this is what you need. I give these to my kids at night & it takes but a few mins & they are both out. Amazing product for kids that have a hard time falling asleep.
