It takes discipline and dedication
This journal is beautifully made with a sturdy hardcover and high-quality feel. Just a heads-up: itâs not something you jump into writing right away. The first third of the journal is dedicated to guiding you through the journey ahead; explaining how to craft your day, set goals, understand habits, and embrace gratitude with a positive mindset. It dives deep into topics like energy, attitude, persistence, and inner harmony, and includes helpful examples to get you started. The introduction takes time to go through, but itâs thoughtfully written and really helps you understand how to get the most out of the journal.Once you get into the flow, the daily pages focus on writing your goals, gratitude, habits, and mindset. It takes about five minutes a day, maybe more at first, but it becomes easier as it turns into a habit. Over time, itâs powerful to look back and see how much youâve grown. If youâre ready to invest in personal growth and want a structured guide, this is a great tool to start with.

Well Thought out Guided Journal To Really Get Yourself In Check
As someone who is always trying to work on personal development the I AM Evolving Journal has been an awesome tool in that! I have journaled since I was a young teenager so it has always been a part of my life, but thatâs always been just freestyle writing. With this journal it gives you prompts to actually think about, which then guides you to think about and reflect on. It makes setting goals easy and more attainable as they are right there for you to track your progress. This has been really helpful for my mental health. I have also really been enjoying writing in it, understanding myself more, and also being able to recognize patterns I have that I need to look more into. This journal will take me halfway through the year, as there is a little over six months of prompt pages. I like that if I want to continue with this journal there are a variety of other colors I can get a second one in.This is a well made, well thought out guided journal for everyday use. I can also see it being beneficial for anyone going through a major life change such as a new baby, a big move, end or start of a relationship, new job, or anything big like that. Sometimes we just need a restart and I think is the perfect start to that.I recommend this one ð

Good idea in theory but difficult to execute
I am always looking for a goal/habit tracker that will work for my hopelessly ADHD brain. I initially really like this journal because I was able to follow the introduction (the first 49 pages of the book) fairly well. When it came to actually using the journal, however, I fell short yet again. There were a number of things I wanted to do my own wayâlike adding my goals in future tense instead of the present tense the author suggests. When I sat down to map out the first ten days, I immediately had trouble deciding what goal or goals I wanted to set and which habits I want to track. That is my faultânot a fault of this book. It probably would have helped me more to have an area where you can break down the steps needed to achieve your goals.I do enjoy the gratitude portion of each page and checking off what habits I have kept up with. Those are both good daily check-ins. The book itself is nice quality and the introductory content is well-organized and clear.

Helpful Without Being TOO Helpful
I have a daily habit of journaling, and usually just want a blank journal to write in. But I found this when I was on the hunt for a new one, and it is just what I need for this season. The first 50 pages, as indicated in the table of contents, offers several useful thoughts and tools for self-improvement. And then itâs just a loosely structured journal of 228 pages, punctuated every 10 days with planning and evaluative checkpoints. Itâs a really smart arrangement, and Iâm excited to get to work with the basic prompts here. This really is what it says on the cover: a tool to âset goals, embrace gratitude, cultivate habits, and achieve inner peace.â And I appreciate the mindset of âI am evolving.â Nobodyâs a finished product, but we can all make incremental progress toward what weâve been designed to be.

a nice journal, light pink
A nice pink color journal to collect your thoughts and manifestations. its a good gudebook and workbook to follow along with. keeps your ideas organized and concise. A nice quality, works well easy to write in and has a smooth finish. makes a nice thoughtful gift as well. great item means alot.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of the explanation for how to think about what areas of your life you want to improve upon. It would have been nice to have had a section to just journal your thoughts free flow, but I write them anyway. The mood rating circles and ability to graph them after 10 days is really amazing! Highly recommend this journal.

I like it very much. I can monitor my feelings. Monitor my performance on the way to achieving my goal.

I really like it, but I feel I don’t quite understand the concept of the goal by date. So I write the same goal everyday until I achieve it ? I stopped writing in it, I’m not sure this type of journal is for me, but it helped me get in the groove of actually writing down my thoughts, so I still give it 4 stars

Review for: “I AM Evolving Journal: Set Goals, Embrace Gratitude, Cultivate Habits, Achieve Inner Peace | Undated Gratitude Journal for Personal Development, Mindfulness, & Daily Reflection. (Black)”Brand: iAmEvolvingFirst look: the “I AM Evolving” hardcover journal came bubble-wrapped for protection. Pages 9-47 are seven short chapters to read first, on how to use the book. The journey starts on page 49 with a brief introduction and then page 51-279 are pages to write each day: the date, goal, gratitude, daily habits, and moods. There are three blank pages for notes at the back then a congratulations page for 6 months of journaling. Throughout the book there are pages to reflect on the last 10 days, and planning the next 10 days, and a congratulations page for reaching day 21, since it usually takes 21 days to form a habit. There is a red ribbon to mark your spot.Reading & Writing:I started by reading the chapters and trying to understand how to use the journal. I was a bit confused at the start about the “Day” and the examples on pages 20-21 didn’t have the top parts filled in. I eventually understood it to keep track of how many consecutive days in a row you do something. So with the gratitude, you write 1, 2, 3 if you do the gratitude exercise 3 days in a row, then if you miss it on the 4th day, you start back on 1 for the 5th day. The goals and gratitude are to be filled out in present tense, like they have already happened. I hadn’t heard of that before, but I enjoyed dreaming of what things would be like in the future if I keep working toward the goal. I also felt the peace that comes with having achieved it. The gratitude can also be used for future things that haven’t happened yet.In the tracking habits section, you choose habits you want to increase, or the opposite of a bad habit you want to decrease. The second line is for how many times or minutes you want to do the activity, or use it as a running total if you want to track how many days in a row you achieved it. There is a circle for a check-mark on days you complete the habit.Inner harmony (mood tracker): The circles at the bottom have both negative emotions and their opposite positive emotion, and neutral in the centre. You can mark the whole circle for emotions you felt, or just mark a fraction if it was just part of the day. After 10 days, there is a page to tally your scores and chart your moods, then use that information to plan the next 10 days.Opinion: I choose the black hardcover book but have noticed the surface is quite prone to scratches, so doesn’t look as nice as when I received it.I really like this journal as it’s not just a gratitude book or a book to write your goals. It is everything in one that you can write in every day for 6 months, or just when you feel like writing it in. I like writing in the present tense of goals I haven’t achieved yet because it really helps to feel what the end result will be like, so I have the motivation to keep going to get there. I like tracking moods as well as they can be changed with awareness. I like that they have the opposites so you can work toward making your days more positive. The author, Victor Tihai, has included his own personal daily path toward internal growth in the first chapter so you can get an idea of what to strive for.I would recommend this journal as a gift to yourself or others.
