Started taking these because I have the genetic mutation MTHFR which causes b vitamin deficiency unless you take methylated b vitamins. I was paying for really expensive vitamins but decided to switch to these. They are just as good for the money spent and keep my energy levels up! You should eat with these if you have a sensitive stomach as sometimes if I just take with my morning coffee I get a little nauseous for a very brief time. Overall very happy with these vitamins and the money I save!!

Bad choice of capsuals…
The vitamin has great ingredients combo and feels like it works fine, however the capsules smells and taste awful! They also have a texture that makes it hard to swallow, donât know why this is, probably due to some Vegan BS but if you can get past this the product is good. But I would recommend trying some other brand with better capsules.

Far more comprehensive than other offerings. The only similar competitor I could find is the Pure Encapsulations product which is somewhat more expensive. I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and take sodium valproate for that, plus I use levothyroxine and tadalafil daily as well. Have had no bad interactions at all having used this for several months, the ones reported on here seem to be isolated. For that reason, I consider it pretty safe.There are some things missing from this product that I’d like – no acetyl l’carnitine, taurine or magnesium, for example. Copper is missing too, and it’s generally accepted that’s supposed to be used if supplementing iron. So this doesn’t cover off everything for me, but gets most of the way there.Also, the amount of chromium is a little questionable in it, from what I’ve read it’s associated with insulin regulation but that’s debatable. That actually put me off taking it daily, also because the acetyl l’carnitine supplement I use has some added in that as well.Having come back from a break of a month and a half when I didn’t supplement, but otherwise maintained my other parameters, I’ve definitely notice a definite difference in energy levels and vitality when returning supplementing. Whether it is these or the extra bits I add on as extras, or a combination of all, I can’t know, but I’m satisfied enough to keep taking them.

I have bought these before and found them to be superlative. I felt the need to take some supplements so I re-ordered them. I am closer to 60 than 50. They are not cheap but health is the best investment soâ¦.
