Very well built
This is a much nicer ab bench than any I have found at a gym. It’s about a hundred pounds, but has wheels so it can be moved fairly easily. As some others have said is does feel “heavier” as you crunch up than most of benches at your local gym, but I think that’s a good thing. And you can increase resistance by adding weight plates to it.It went together easily and the fit and finish was perfect. They even sent a little vial of touch up paint with it. It is expensive for a piece of equipment with only one real function, but you can get a great ab workout and hit all sections of your mid section by changing your leg and body position. This is a great addition to my home gym.

Great piece of equipment
There is nothing I can say I dislike about this product I usually do not do many reviews but this one was well worth 5 stars, usually you buy something and you are anticipating to have to send it back, not this product. it was what we were looking for easy to assemble a very sturdy piece of equipment well built and strong but lite enough to move around. I highly recommend purchasing this when looking for work out equipment

Bad experience
Company 3rd party will not take care of you if you have to return. If you are missing parts or if itâs damaged and you donât have a box and u put it together they do not care. I paid over $600 and got stuck with it. Make sure you keep box. I had pick up day for garbage so I had to get rid of it. I put it together looked perfect then it didnât move like it shld have.

Don’t try to do too much too soon if you aren’t used to it.
This is a great bench, more sturdy than the one at the gym. Supports your neck and therefore one can focus all of the exercise in the abdomen area. I’d suggest small crunches at first for anyone who doesn’t have developed abs and just keep at it. In time you’ll be able to raise yourself higher. This is excellent gym equipment.

This is very similar to the original Precor ab bench with some great improvements and additional features. The ability to add weight plates to increase resistance is a nice touch. It’s extremely well built, and assembly is easy. It also came very well packaged. If you have the room, and want to target the core while minimizing low back stress this is the way to go.

It was easy to assemble
It was easy to assemble. This is a well built piece. I’ve used other ab machines such as the Precor one and this is almost as good. It’s certainly as well built. I like the ergonomics of the Precor slightly better but this offers much better value.
