I needed a reliable, easy to use, functional, and space saving food thermometer and this is it. It is so simple to use and wash off. It consistently and quickly measure temperatures and is priced appropriately. Be careful with sharp tip – but you need one to easily âpokeâ through meat. Would buy again and would recommend

Auto on and magnetic back – great features
It’s a simple and easy cooking thermometer. Works as advertised. To check it out we used it to measure the heat of our meatballs and our egg casserole. The magnet on the back allows for simple storage on the side of our fridge and it automatically shuts off when in the closed position. The backlit display makes it easy to read. It’s light. I wouldn’t want to drop it too many times as it’s a plastic case. At this price point, it’s what I expected. Enjoy

Not instant read:Updates temp probe reading one degree per second. Testing to 140 degrees from ambient takes over a minute. Otherwise itâs fine. Build is a little cheesy but plenty sturdy and functional. I will be returning them.

At the end of the day, all you want is accuracy on your thermometer… and perhaps something that limits the risk of a burn.We had our “old trusty” thermometer that we had for years but it was slow to take a reading and to be honest, was looking pretty rough. First thing we did was compare it to our original… we were use to that one so if this one gave us similar readings, it was good to go.We took it through about half a dozen meals, testing the accuracy and the verdict… it’s pretty much on point.
