Feature rich easy to use air fryer at a fair price.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this air fryer and have zero regrets. It ticks all the features that make it a great buy. Easy to clean large basket, simple controls, a window, a light, quiet, controls cooking odor fairly well, and heats up quickly. Preheating is really unnecessary. I always use the minimum cooking time listed in the recipe. I don’t normally cook meat in it since I use a grill 3 times a week, but decided to try a roast chicken. They recommended a 4lb chicken. Good luck finding a 4lb chicken. I got a 5.5 lb chicken and it fit fine. OMG! I’ll never buy a store bought rotisserie chicken again. It was tender, juicy, and had beautifully crispy skin with flavor through to the bone. We use it mainly for roast potatoes, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts, frozen pizza, tater tots, and hard boiled eggs. The eggs come out perfect every time. I bought it a year and a half ago for $109. There were similar sized air fryers that were cheaper, but none with all the features of this one.

Throw out microwave……and maybe oven also
This IS the best for the price and then some. We had the original instant fryer and used it to death, and just wanted to upgrade a little. This one though, wow, very quiet, almost don’t think it’s working, cooks very well, VERY healthy, size is great for 2-4 people, great tasting food always, versatile, and heats evenly, and very easy to clean, just like our old one. Would definitely recommend this ABOVE others. ð We hardly ever use our microwave anymore.

Roomy and Versatile
After researching many options for air fryers online, I decided to purchase the Instant Vortex 6qt Airfryer with Clearview and Odor Erase. It was a bit bigger than expected, but the basket is nice and deep and wide, plus you can view the food cooking instead of opening the door every time you want to see how things are going. Love the window, and even with The liners I purchased, I can still see how the food is cooking. The odor erase is nice because it cuts down significantly on food smells coming out from the exhaust. If there were any drawbacks, I would say 1) Iâd like the max temp to be higher. It says 450 in the description, but the max temp for air frying and baking is 400, roasting 360 etc. 2) the outer plastic and display are impossibly sensitive to scratches, so use a soft cloth to wipe the outside, and 3) It says the basket is dishwasher safe, but after reading reviews, I would not submerge the basket because condensation does get in between the outer plastic portion and inner basket glass, so its not a âsealedâ unit. If this happens you could theoretically it apart and clean it, but seems like it would be a royal pain in the ass to get back together. The inner basket is coated non-stick, so just wipe it out with a damp sponge and mid soap and you’re good to go! As far as Air Fying itself, it heats up super fast⦠like 2-4 min, and cooks faster than my convection range, so it saves on electricity, and all the recipes I have tried have been spot on for time, temp and tastinessâ¦and easy. Very nice unit for the $.

Probably the Best One Out There, Among Hundreds Available
This is becoming our go-to appliance in the kitchen. It’s easy to use and program, and the food turns out great. We had a smaller one and outgrew it; this one is substantially larger so we’re so glad we bought it. The lighted observation window works great. You can toss the cooking platform into the dishwasher, and the rest of this non-stick unit is very easy to clean. Be sure to go on Instant’s website for hundreds of wonderful, step-by-step recipes (none come with the unit). Most of the recipes are tailor-made for this brand of air fryer. Highly recommend this air fryer; you won’t be disappointed!

Quiet and large capacity
I was in the market for a larger capacity airfryer and the âInsta Vortexâ was one of the highest rated after I researched and read reviews across several sites.I previously had owned a Philips airfryer that was highly rated as well. So I was somewhat on the fence about switching brands. I did ultimately decide to give the âInstantâ a try when a limited time price drop came along. Well I am happy to share that so far it has been worth it. This airfryer is worthy of all the good reviews it has. Here are several of the features I love. The fan is incredibly quiet when compared to my older af, cooking capacity is awesome(I can cook four smaller chicken breasts at a time), the interior light and viewing window are something I didnât realize I wanted or needed, audible chime alerts which are pleasant and helpful, clean-ability of the basket/tray and odor filter are some of the features I am enjoying so far. I have yet to try all of the cooking options it has, but I am confident that they will not disappoint. So if you are in the market for a quality airfryer I would highly recommend the Instant Vortex Plus 6QT Air Fryer with Odor Erase Technology, 6-in-1 Functions that Crisps, Roasts, Broils, Dehydrates, Bakes & Reheats. I made french fries from scratch. It was so easy. I cut up 1.5 lbs of potatoes, tossed them in 2 tbsp of olive oil, a few shakes of salt… 15ish minutes at 380 with a couple of tosses along the way and… Best fries I’ve ever made! And no oil to dispose of afterward, no smell of cooking oil throughout the house, and the basket and the insert cleaned up in seconds. Highly recommended!
