Triglycerides level went down. No taste or smell.
My blood work showed triglycerides a bit over the high limit, and I had been taking another brand of Omega 3pills. On suggestion from my Dr,I tried these till my next test,and sure enough the triglycerides level went down quite a bit and well below the high limit. I honestly was astonished by the drop. I’ve been taking them since and will continue to do so. I don’t know what made the difference between the two brands,but the results speak for themselves. They are more expensive than the ones at the store,but worth the price with the results I got. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Completely eliminated my chronic pain
Expected not a whole lot when I ordered this. I am 57 and have been in chronic pain from a horseback riding accident four years ago when I fractured my back and have tried just about everything to solve it. Doctor told me I had early onset arthritis and prescribed Celebrex. It did help but I didn’t want to stay on this longterm. This was my last ditch effort before going on meds so I could actually begin exercising again. Within 3 days I went from about a level 6 pain that I daily wake up with to a 1 or 2. I have been astounded that FISH OIL could solve this level of inflammation this fast. I am in good shape, tons of energy for my age and used to run 5-10 miles a day before this riding accident. Order this now. You will not regret it. Oh, and I took one in the am and one in the pm before bed. I really hope this helps you like it did me if you have chronic pain.

I used to buy Integrative Therapeutics fish oil for YEARS. I trusted the brand and they came in a small, easy to swallow size. For medical reasons I can not swallow the large caps. I stopped taking all supplements for awhile but I recently had an Omega 3 panel ran by my Doc and she suggested I start back up right away. I immediately went to find IT’s brand, I read through the reviews and “THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION” The first and most recent review (July this year) said they had been taking the product for over 10 years, and mentioned small, easy to swallow size. The important information says to take 2-4 per day (this was the increased dose of the small ones I used to take) and although the label was upgraded all things appeared to be as they always were. I wanted to get what I knew and trusted. With same day delivery promised, I spent the small fortune to get it… my order ended up getting delayed and eventually declared lost. I reordered and received them today and they are HUGE!! I immediately came to Amazon to request a refund and find a new source only to find out I can not return them. If you think you are getting the product you knew and loved, think again. I may argue this non refund policy with Amazon given the misleading information provided on the product.

I have purchased this product many times before, but this time when it arrived it was a solid chunk of pills and unusable. They will not allow me to return it so Iâm just out money I spent on it. Very disappointed in the quality.
