Very nice product! The cards are designed in a minimalistic calming appearance. The cards are a nice heavy cardstock. The little stand is a nice touch for displaying the affirmations. The affirmations are positive and realistic without being toxicly positive or unrealistic. I bought this for myself but will keep it in mind for future gifts as it would make a very thoughtful gift for a friend.

These are some of my favorite items in my home. Sometimes things like these can be a hit or miss but this is absolutely a hit. Highly recommend if you love inspiration and insightful quotes to help you stay motivated. These are really sturdy and high quality too.

I really like the packaging and the feel of the box, the muted light sage green colour feels very calming (and matches my bedroom wall!).Cards are strong and have a good weight to them.There is 52 cards with simple affirmations, made from recycled card stock and the stand is from beechwood.These cards really harmonise with me.Surprisingly I picked a few when I opened the box for the first time and all were about the body, so that speaks for itself. I have been recently over eating on the sugary food and planning to ease it out “tomorrow”, “on Monday” etc.So a little gentle reminder.I enjoy taking the whole pack and reading through them all in one go like a mini reading affirmations meditation. They seem more focused on the body although not all the affirmations there are about the body. Maybe just my perception.I actually am into affirmations and I have a few staple ones I repeat in the car when driving so the whole idea of affirmations is neither new nor too new agey for me.One card can be displayed for a week and affirmation repeated as is the suggestion on the box.I like the creativity and possibilities on how these can be used.I can even imagine these cards in a little less expected places like dental surgery, doctor’s etc. Or even a hotel reception… probably a bit more holistic reception, though.I find some of the affirmations a little same but overall this is a beautiful deck and I really like it for myself and I would also gift it to someone who already is on a mindful path of living or who is currently struggling with overload and darkness.
