Nice roller, but a little small for us
This is a nice solid foam roller. It held up under 200 pounds and has not shown any sign of getting impacted.However, one of the first exercises we tried had the roller going length-wise down the back, and it is supposed to support the neck and the lower spine. We have a mid-size man in the house (under 6 foot), and it was too short for him to perform this exercise. For exercises where the roller is perpendicular to the spine, however, it performed well.It can be a little slippery, so we recommend using it on a yoga mat or something else that will grip it without it shooting out from under you.A nice add-on is that it came with a rubber tension band that is labeled “medium” in tension. It would have been nice if the roller came with a list of exercises or instructions on how to use the two items together.

Good foam roller
This foam roller is excellent. It’s big enough and long enough to be useful and it’s firm enough to support body weight without crushing. It’s lightweight making it easy to carry and is also a pretty color. The only reason I took one star off is because of what the roller is made of. Instead of being one solid smooth piece of foam, it is what looks like little pieces of foam all stuck and pieced tiger (kind of what firm packing styrofoam looks like) and I’m worried that it will break apart sooner and faster than one smooth solid piece of foam would.
