This thing is THOROUGH! So many times I don’t journal or I feel that journaling isn’t productive because I either don’t know what to write or it doesn’t feel like I’ve learned anything. I’ve taken a few CBT classes and this is perfect for what I needed. For me, this was more about data collection about my mood and diet and ANYTHING that impacted my mood.
