Iâve always used C4, but wanted something else. This item tastes great and works within 20 mins or so. I like to do 5 min of cardio to get myself in the groove. When I hit the leg abduction, I could feel the focus setting in and I had a great work out. I tend to push myself to the limit and noticed when taking the c4, I would crash hard. It has been 3 hours since I took this pre work out and I donât feel exhausted!

I bought on Prime Day bc it was cheaper than C4 (what I usually use). I love the taste. It isnât chalky or bitter. It mixes great with water. I like the boost it gives me on lifting days. I wasnât jittery and I didnât feel like I crashed afterward. Knocked off one star because it came very dried up/stuck together. I cut it with a knife and it still dissolves well. I just wish it was powdery like I expected it to be.

I was loving this for a few days until I noticed by mid afternoon I was exaushted. Nothings changed in my routine but I would be so tired. Decided to test a different product and no afternoon crash. Did this one again for a few days and noticed a significant crash by the afternoon. I was reaching for coffee to stay awake. Not my ideal type of pre workout. I personally enjoyed the flavor. It had a great tingle, nothing too crazy but that crash was enough for me to stop using this on specific days.

comparing this with other brands, is spectacularly effective, do not give the shaking or the feeling like ants are crawling on your skin, flavor is great. only reason I don’t give the 5 stars is because it sends you to the bathroom very often after drinking, (#1 in case you’re wondering); it gives you a natural sensation of energy, and don’t crash you afterwards.
