Get This Book!
Let me start by saying I have ALOT of cookbooks. I bought the first book to add to my collection and I absolutely loved it. The recipes i have tried have always been absolutely delicious. I especially love how approachable he makes bread and dough which i find intimidating. When Josh announced a second book I pre ordered it right away. I’ve now read it cover to cover and I can truly say it’s one of a kind. The concept of texture is one I hadn’t given that much thought to. I love that the book mixes basics with unique and more interesting recipes. My favorite part of the book are the vibrant pictures. I love seeing what the dishes are supposed to look like before attempting a recipe. I can say so much more but all in all if you’ve seen Josh’s YouTube videos you know the book is fire. If not go subscribe to his YouTube channel and buy the book.
