Clean, effective, tastes good
What I love about Kaged: It appears to be really clean, vegetable food color, low calorie, not a ton of sugar just coconut sugar and Sucralose, great flavor (I like blue raz and fruit punch), and it is effective but not extreme. 188mg of caffeine is about 2 cups of coffee I think. Love!The scoop is a little larger than some-maybe just under a tablespoon? But the cost on it is low. Great value!

I really enjoyed the taste. Iâm immune to caffeine or anything that says it gives you energy. This does make me tingle but itâs not itchy or a bad tingling. I get in the gym and I can feel the surge. Itâs great!

Decent but not very strong
Very sweet flavor, mixes well. This is not the most potent pre-workout but gets the job done. Gives a small amount of flush tinglingly feeling, but goes away after 20 minutes or so. Another not so great thing is this is only 20 servings compared to most others at 30. Overall it’s okay for a bargain pre-workout mix.

I take this before my HIIT class and I feel great on energy, endurance, and no sick feelings. I’ve had other preworkout that i felt like I couldn’t do much cardio on, but this one is good in that category. Takes good as well. After the workout, I start my workday and have no problems with jitters or being overly amped-up.
